The morning tea ritual has become my favorite part of the day, and the Belly Balance with rooibos and peppermint is genuinely soothing after meals. I've noticed my digestion feels smoother and I'm not reaching for that afternoon slump, which is more than I expected from a simple cleanse.
The green tea and turmeric blend is easy to drink, though I can't say I noticed any real detox effects after a week. The belly balance tea with rooibos is pleasant enough after dinner, but the cacao flavor is pretty subtle. It's a decent tea set, just not the miracle cleanse the description hints at
